Grrovia is an Amazon and e-commerce growth service operated by Minimakers Global Private Limited (CIN: U47912UP2025PTC225411), a company incorporated in India (“Grrovia”, “we”, “us”). This policy covers grrovia.com, our SellerIQ dashboards at selleriq.grrovia.com, and the account management services we provide to sellers and brands.

2Information we collect
Information you give us
When you request a free audit, contact us or become a client, we collect your name, email address, phone number, brand name, Amazon store URL or ASINs, the revenue ranges you select, and anything you tell us about your business. For clients, we also collect billing and invoicing details.
Seller and advertising data you authorise
When you grant us access to your marketplace accounts, we access the data needed to run and report on them. This can include advertising campaigns, ad groups, keywords, targets, bids, budgets and performance reports; sales, order, inventory and listing reports; and similar data from Flipkart, Meesho or other channels you ask us to manage.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our websites, our hosting and analytics providers may record technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type, pages viewed and the time of your visit.
3How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and prepare the audits you request.
- To manage your marketplace accounts as agreed with you, including creating and optimising listings and managing advertising campaigns, bids, budgets and schedules.
- To prepare reports and dashboards, such as SellerIQ, showing your sales, advertising and inventory performance.
- To calculate and invoice our fees, and to keep business and tax records.
- To keep our services secure, fix problems and improve how they work.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information or your account data, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the services you have asked us for.
4Amazon account data
We access Amazon Advertising data only through Amazon’s official Login with Amazon authorisation, and only after the account holder grants permission. Data retrieved through the Amazon Ads API is used solely to manage, automate and report on the advertising account that authorised it. Automated actions may include scheduled changes to campaign budgets or status, such as reducing budgets or pausing campaigns during low-converting hours and restoring them later.
We do not share one client’s Amazon data with another client, we do not sell or rent it, and we do not combine it with other data to identify individual Amazon shoppers.
6Security and storage
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. Access to client accounts and data is limited to people who need it to do their work. Authorisation credentials such as API tokens are kept in secured storage and are never shared outside Grrovia.
Our service providers may store data on servers located in or outside India. Where data is stored outside India, we rely on providers with appropriate safeguards and comply with applicable Indian law on cross-border transfers.
7Retention
We keep your information for as long as you are a client or prospect and for a reasonable period afterwards to deal with questions, fees and records. We keep invoices and financial records for the periods required by Indian tax and company law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
8Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete or update it;
- ask us to erase it, where we are not required to keep it;
- withdraw consent you have given, including access to your marketplace accounts;
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you are unable to; and
- raise a grievance with us, and if it is not resolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

10Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top shows when it was last updated. For significant changes affecting clients, we will also notify you by email.
12Contact and grievances
For questions about this policy, to exercise your rights, or to raise a grievance, contact us. We aim to acknowledge requests within 48 hours and resolve them promptly.
